1.) Starting Wednesday we will handing out burpees for being late to class. Unless someone clears it with a coach first there will be no excuse for being late to class.
2.) If you are early to class to foam roll, stretch, etc., please wait for the rest of the class to go through the warm-up.
3.) Make sure you are taking the time to do your warm-up sets before jumping into your work sets during the strength portion of the day. Also when you are done with your strength portion get used to familiarizing yourself with the WOD and try to select the weight you will use while everyone else is finishing their strength portion. Again if you have questions about anything do not hesitate to ask a coach.
4.) When there is snow on the ground please try to wear different shoes to workout in so the floor is not a water hazard.
