Homemade Burgers

Ingredients
4 lbs Lean Ground Turkey or Beef
2 cups sauteed onion, bell pepper and mushroom mix
1 cup pepperjack shredded cheeseIMG_5875
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

Seasonings (per 1 lb of ground meat)
1 T Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½  tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Rosemary Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

 

Mix everything together. Once everything is mixed and you have seasoned your burgers to your liking, form into patties. Place your patties in the freezer or fridge for ~10 minutes to get them cold so they stay together on the grill.

Grill and Enjoy!!
