Our Youth Program is designed to take your budding athlete and prepare them for a successful and injury free sports career. As children grow towards early adolescence, their bodies and minds are primed to develop movement patterns. The Youth Development Program is designed to make the most of this age, improving movement quality, efficiency, and strength. Running technique, coordination, balance and relative strength will be stressed, along with the introduction of essential multi-planar movements. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation to ensure improved performance, a reduced injury rate, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. The 60 minute classes are designed to develop athleticism in a fun, positive, and high success environment.
As injury rates in youth sports grow by the year, it becomes more and more important to get children moving correctly before they engage in serious, high intensity athletics. By developing proper movement patterns at a young age, athletes will help ensure their bodies stay balanced as they grow and train, protecting joints and muscles during competition.
