Chad Hobbs

Owner / Head Coach

After an injury plagued collegiate basketball career Chad wanted to learn everything he could about effective strength and conditioning programs to help others avoid what he went through at the next level. He brings this thoughtful approach to his coaching at The Athlete Factory. Chad prides himself on relating to the athletes on a personal level to have an understanding of what their goals really are and help guide them towards it. The best part of the job is going to watch the athletes play their respective sports and see the habits and performance gains come out during competition!

Zac Turner

Director of Nutrition & Personal Training

Zac is the definition of a fitness enthusiast. He has an extensive knowledge base on all things to do with training, nutrition, program design and supplements. Zac has personal experience with competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting and CrossFit. Aside from his own competitive experiences Zac’s Clients’ results speak volumes about his training style. Zac has been able to implement his systems that has made he and his clients successful throughout the entire Athlete Factory staff making this the most respected, well-educated personal training department in the area.

Aside from being the Personal Training Director, Zac also is our go-to authority for all things dealing with Nutrition. He has proven that he can work with any type of dietary restrictions, weight loss/weight gain, performance increases and much more.

Donovan Muldrow

Personal Trainer

Having always had a passion for fitness Donovan followed a very natural progression and found his calling as a personal trainer. He has been in the Personal Training Industry for 10 years now is committed to constantly improving his craft and focusing on his clients goals. Donovan not only helps his clientele achieve the results they set out for but strives to help them set new goals to prevent stagnation. He also makes clear to anyone one he works with that it is a true partnership and there is a level of personal responsibility and habit forming that have to be accomplished to achieve long lasting sustainable results.

Cameron Gentry


Cam is a graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While playing basketball and baseball all four years of high school, Cam fell in love with sports performance training. His passion for the success of every athlete that walks in our doors is evident each and everyday. Cam strives to improve movement quality, strength, and speed so that they are able to play at their peak performance level on the court or field without injury.

Tony Giammaria, MBA

Since I was little, I have always been passionate about exercise, movement, and challenging the mind and body. From running timed obstacle courses in the park to practicing and playing every ball sport I could get my hands on, living an active lifestyle has impacted me greatly. Now, after years of competing, I want to positively impact your life by helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether it be feeling better day-to-day or increasing your performance on the field and court!

I will challenge you to increase your potential, to encourage building confidence in yourself and your abilities to build a strong work ethic through sweat equity. Beyond that, I want to develop character within young athletes to carry through life by which hard work instills, as the discipline is in the details.
